I wanted to take a few minutes and express my extreme gratitude for the sound system work your team performed on my 2016 Audi A3. I was impressed from the initial visit with Ryan’s knowledge and willingness to take the time and really listen to my goals for the project to his expertise on how to achieve them. Another pleasant surprise was the integrity with which he actually lowered my overall bill after we started the install realizing what I currently had in the car would be as good or better as what I had chosen to replace it with, that is extremely rare this day and time. Finally as it so often happens with custom work it didn’t go as planned and not only did Ryan bounce back and forth from his duties on the front counter to the back to lend a hand with the install he and your other team member stayed late to complete the job as promised. I felt compelled to take the time to let you know this level of professionalism and customer service does NOT go unnoticed or unappreciated!
